Purchasing products on our website

By placing an order on www.pathwear.uk, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you are unsure about any part of these terms, please get in touch with us at shop@pathwear.uk before completing your purchase. Payment in full, including the cost of shipping, must be received before we can accept your order. Once payment has been received, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided. When this confirmation is sent, a legally binding contract comes into effect between you and us.


Shipping

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail and international orders via trusted shipping providers. All parcels are tracked and insured. Shipping charges are set on a flat-rate basis.


UK shipping

Orders are shipped with Royal Mail and require a signature upon delivery. Most UK orders arrive within 2–3 working days from dispatch, though this is not guaranteed and may be subject to unforeseen delays.


International shipping

International orders are shipped via a range of reliable shipping providers and also require a signature on delivery. Delivery times vary depending on the destination but usually take 7–10 working days. Please note these times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.


Availability

All items are subject to availability. If you order a product that is no longer in stock, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. You can then choose between a full refund or an exchange for another item.


Making changes to orders

Please note that we are unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been placed. After you receive your order, you may return it by following our returns policy. More information about returns you can find here: Shipping&Retuns


Returns

If you would like to return an item, please include a note with your order number and state that you would like a refund. Send the parcel to the returns address provided. Refunds are processed on the day we receive your return, but it can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.


Faulty or incorrect items

VAT and import taxes

All product prices include UK VAT, and the total at checkout includes VAT and shipping. If you are ordering from outside the UK, VAT will be automatically deducted at checkout, but you may need to pay import duties, taxes, or handling fees in your own country when your parcel arrives. These charges are your responsibility.


Product descriptions

We aim to make all product descriptions as accurate as possible, but slight variations in color, size, and texture may occur. If you have any questions about a product, please reach out to shop@pathwear.uk and we’ll be happy to help. Please note that differences in color may also be caused by your device settings. All measurements provided are approximate.
