Shipping times may vary depending on your location and will follow the standard delivery timelines for each region, which you can find below.

Our current dispatch time is 7-10 working days (Monday to Friday), not including the day your order is placed.
During busy periods, processing times may take a little longer.

Import Fees:
If you order to different country then UK
you will be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees in your own country when your parcel arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our prices or delivery costs.
Returns policy
General Returns:
- You can request a refund up to 14 days after the delivery date of your order. From the time of this request's approval, you have 14 days to get the item back to us.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.
Important:
- We do not offer free returns. We recommend using tracked shipping and insuring parcels for their full value. Keep proof of postage until your refund is complete.
- If your order originally qualified for free shipping but your return reduces the total below the free-shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- Exchange or store credit requests can be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Damaged, worn, or unsellable items will not be accepted.

We’re very sorry if you receive a faulty or incorrect item. Under UK law, you have the right to request a replacement, repair, or refund if the product is not as described, damaged, or unfit for purpose. All details you can find below.
How to proceed return faulty or incorrect items?
Contact support@pathwear.uk as soon as possible. You may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, you can request a repair or replacement, or a partial refund if a repair/replacement is not suitable.
Important:
Report faulty or incorrect items promptly. Keep items in their original condition and packaging wherever possible.
Which items can be returned?
Items are returnable within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged on arrival, contact us straight away and we’ll issue a full refund.
What if the item was a gift?
Gifts can be returned within 28 days of purchase with a gift receipt.
Refunds for gifts are issued as store credit for the item’s current selling price, so you can replace it with different garment.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! You can request an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving your item. The product must be unused, unworn, and in new condition with original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or unsellable will not be accepted.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?
Every order is tracked once it leaves our warehouse. If your parcel is late or missing, please reach out to us and we’ll investigate. If we can’t redirect it to you within 24 hours, we’ll issue a refund for your shipping costs.
