Pre-Order Information

Our pieces are made to order through an ongoing pre-order system. Each order has usually a lead time of 14 working days, which includes both dispatch and delivery time. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and will follow the standard delivery timelines for each region (check Shipping& Returns). Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: If you are ordering from outside the UK, you will be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees in your own country when your parcel arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our prices or delivery costs.
